Our journey began in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where we built our careers in the managed services industry. Adrian, our president, has spent over 25 years in the MSP space and was directly involved in helping build one of the managed service providers in Ontario. Over the years, he’s seen the industry evolve from break‑fix to proactive IT, and he’s been at the forefront of that change—designing systems, supporting growing businesses, and learning what truly works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to long‑term IT partnerships.
Eventually, opportunity and family brought us across the border to Grand Rapids, Michigan. While the location changed, our approach didn’t. We carried with us decades of hands‑on experience, a strong work ethic shaped by building MSPs from the ground up, and a belief that IT should make your business easier—not more complicated.
